What are Roof panels? How it is maded? Is it expensive?

Roof panels are pre-manufactured roofing sheets designed to cover and protect buildings from weather elements like rain, heat, wind, and snow. Unlike traditional roofing that uses tiles or shingles, roof panels are large, flat sheets—often made from metal, insulated foam, or fiber cement—that are quick to install and highly durable.
They're widely used in prefabricated buildings, commercial warehouses, factories, farmhouses, and even residential homes due to their strength, insulation, and low maintenance.
The production of roof panels depends on the type, but most modern insulated roof panels (like PUF or EPS roof panels) are made in a controlled factory by Core Insulation Layer, A layer of insulating foam (such as PUF – Polyurethane Foam, or EPS – Expanded Polystyrene) is prepared as the core which provides excellent thermal insulation, helping control indoor temperature with further Outer Sheets & Lamination / Bonding Process.
The cost of roof panels depends on several factors like material, thickness, insulation type, length, and finish in which Metal Roof Panels is low in cost compared with EPS Roof Panels but EPS Roof Panels is much cheaper than PUF Roof Panels.
